Drove down for vacation with my 9 year old daughter to enjoy the gulf coast while it’s not too overcrowded unfortunately a rock flew up and hit our windshield. The crack grew significantly with the cooler evenings and warmer days… when I saw what once was a barely visible crack in the windshield it had not w spidered and was obstructing my view and there was no way I could drive back to Georgia safely without having this fixed while in town. I found A1 Glassworks and was blown away by the expertise, and hospitality I was given from the technician who took my call. I wasn’t routed to a call center over seas I was connected directly to a person who felt empathy, understanding, and knowledge about my specific issue. Fortunately they were able to fix my windshield THAT same day. It didn’t take long at all and I had tons of options, I could’ve come to them but instead they came to me. Just like the person I spoke with on this phone this guy (Kevin) was extre Kind, caring, and had the best customer service skills I’ve ever been shown by a company. Price was fair, time was precise, and while driving home it rained almost the entire time. No t a single leak. I was also told that it comes

Last week, my windshield got busted on the way to the beach and we were an hour and 20 minutes away from home. There was no way we could drive home with the windshield and its current condition. We called A1 glass works. We talked to Kevin but, their technician was nowhere near our area, but Kevin went Above and beyond to help us and understood our urgent circumstance. He called a buddy of his, that has his Own windshield repair business, and asked if he might could help us out? When Kevin called Alex, He was right by the glass warehouse in Tampa. Within minutes, he got the information For my windshield and ordered it and then a few minutes later, he picked it up and within the hour he was at Pass a grill beach in Saint Petersburg fixing my windshield on beachside. Kevin did not need to call around for us. He did not even get any of the business. But he cared. It wasn’t about Making a buck but it was about Taking care of the customer. Thank you A1 glassworks. Thank you, Kevin! You have no idea How you saved the day!
